Past Projects

A true adaptive reuse project from a print shop warehouse to the now beautifully-renovated Austin staple, Eberly. Named after the local innkeeper named Angelina Eberly who stood up to president Sam Houston and his Texas rangers by firing a cannon to stave off a rebellion and preserve Austin as the capital of Texas.

Another adaptive reuse project involving an old Austin print shop receiving a breath of new life as a modern creative-office and retail use building.
