Meet Our Team
Tim Mooney founded Lead Commercial in 2011 to help local companies find commercial space for their businesses and help local investors own property in Austin. As a resident of Austin since 1983, he finds a real passion in working with groups that have a long term commitment to a town that he is adamant about keeping in local hands.
Perry’s real estate roots and family history go back more than 100 years in Austin, Texas. Perry joined Lead Commercial in 2015. He seeks valuable and long lasting relationships with clients and businesses where his skills, warm personality, and work ethic can grow and contribute to achieve common goals.
Nick Owens is a local commercial real estate advisor in Austin. Hailing from Texas’ neighboring state, Louisiana, Nick has a true appreciation for Austin’s unique history and culture, and believes that preserving it is important during Austin’s continued growth.
Salim Hajjar is a born and bred Austinite and graduate of the College of Charleston. With a background in economics and supply chain management, he is passionate about seeing win-win scenarios fulfilled in our robust market every day.
